Hola amigos!
So now we are five! We spent a few days in Santa Fe. It was a long weekend here too. Met up with Clay on Saturday and went for a wicked dinner of steak and vino! While we were having dinner, there was some kind of raffle and I won a telephone!! Haha, I ended up giving it to the owner of the hotel we were staying at. He was very happy. Clay and Mikki were tired, so Aggie and I went out to do some dancing. Went to this bar and managed to get ourselves interviewed by some local tv station! I don´t know how these things happen to us!! I love it. The next day was very lazy. Me and Aggie didnt get home until very late....or very early, however you want to look at it! Had to party like the locals! Because of the long weekend things just never seemed to be open. Spent a day in the park, went for late dinners. Had to go out with Clay and Mik the next night, and managed to stay out until 6am again. Good times!
Clays friend, Ryan, met up with us the next day. And the next morning we were on the bus again, to Cordoba. Got here last night. I was soo tired from a very long weekend of partying, and an all day bus trip. Didn´t do anything but go for dinner. Had mexican and me and Mik were so pissed off. The service was soooo bad, and I just wasn´t in the mood for it. Had to finally leave and just go to bed.
But today I am all rested up and ready to go again! Have spent the day wandering the city. There is awesome architecture here, and amazing churches to see. Trying to take lots of pics. Tonight there is a bbq at the hostel(the first hostel we have stayed at in a while, been at lots of hotels). So going to that I think and then the guys who run the hostel are taking everyone out on the town. We asked them what there is to see and do here, and they said to party! So thats what we are going to do I guess!! Ha ha. But tomorrow the plan is to go horseback riding in the mountains. Can´t wait for that. Feeling the need to get back to nature, and out of the city. We don´t know how long we will be here, but we are eventually heading to Mendoza. The wine capital of Argentina!
Thats all for me. Not too much to report. Just catching up with old friends and making new ones! And finally enjoying some sunshine! Love it.
Time for siesta!!!
Cheers
Linds
