Future Plans

So I have finally made a plan for the next year or so. Starting in September I plan on heading back to school. I will be taking the TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Distance Diploma course through the Vancouver Community College, the only place in BC that offers a distance course for this diploma. I decided since I am going to be in Rupert, I may as well use my time here wisely. And most jobs dont start until September anyways, so it seems to make the most sense. This way I will also, hopefully, get paid more teaching english overseas, and I will have some experience doing so before I get there. So thats the plan. One more year in Rupert, back to school, and then off to another country to make some mula, and have some great experiences. Any suggestions on where to go?

Other than that, we had a fantastic Seafest this year, as  the sun was actually shining! Went to the parade, watched the events happening on the main street, and of course went to the beer gardens that night. Took a few days off last week, because I was sick, and then did something to my back. Thinking this was from my terrible 20 year old bed, I decided to buy a new one. And I must say I have never slept so well! A few bumps in the road(the store ripped it when it was delivered, some negotiations, and now they have to send me a new one, but its on its way), and I am glad I did since I will be here for another year. What an amazing difference a new bed makes. I love it!

Worked at the golfcourse this weekend for the mens Jubilee. Helped my friend move house, enjoyed some wine, and had dinner at my parents for fathers day. Going to Van in two weeks for my cousins wedding. I can't wait. Hopefully I will get to see some of you in Van. Email me! Thats it for now. Got a couple of pics to post......Cheers!

Camping Weekend

This past weekend I went camping with Mikki and her two friends, Kyla and Shauna. We went up to Lake Else, and had a great time drinkin beers and laying on the beach. Good times had by all. Here are a few pics from the weekend...
